Our store hours are Tuesday 10:00am to 5:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am to 7:00pm,
Thursday-Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
We are closed Sunday and Mondays.
The Baker's Nook LLC was founded in 1994 by Anne Shockley and her mother, Pat Mattis. They are the true talent behind our store here in Saline MI USA. Baker's Nook does enough wedding cakes and all-occasion cakes to keep our bakers very busy all year around. Making cakes is a very big part of our business here at Baker's Nook LLC.
ShopBakersNook.com is not and will not ever be a drop shipper website. The things we have on this website are the very same products we carry in our real retail store located in Saline MI USA. We encourage all of our customers to come visit our store.

Pat Mattis is a former bank officer in the state of MI. She brings her years of financial experience and Incredible knowledge about business to make Baker's Nook LLC run efficiently.
Anne Shockley graduated from Washtenaw Community College in 1989 with a degree in Culinary Arts and from Eastern Michigan University in 1993 with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She is a member of ICES and a certified Wilton Cake instructor.
Brian Shockley is the website designer and the CEO of ShopBakersNook.com.
Brian Shockley is also responsible for the marketing and development of ShopBakersNook.com.
