ShopBakersNook product Return Policy is:

Please Inspect all of your merchandise upon arrival.

If you have broken items you have 7 days to report it to us so we can help you fix the problem with our shipper.

We send out our products in perfect condition but sometimes the shipping gorillas get a little rough with our products and we need to correct that issue with them.

We will need your order number and a copy of your invoice, reason regarding the return and all available information regarding your order when returning your merchandise purchased from us.

You will be given a RMA number for your return. No returns will be excepted with out an RMA number.


We do not accept returns on:

Edible products, DVDs, Books, 50% off items, Used products or Opened products that out of the original manufacturing packaging.

Returns will be credited to the original credit card.


At, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we personally inspect every items quality before it is shipped. If you receive a product that is damaged we will gladly replace it for you, provided the following conditions are met:


• The product has not been used. An exchange or refund will not be given for products that have been used or products that have been damaged as the result of customer misuse or neglect.


• The product is returned in its original packaging and the products packaging has not been damaged.


• You contact and request an RMA number within 2 business days (Mon-Fri.) of receiving your order and clearly mark the number on the outside of the shipping carton. No RMA numbers will be issued after this 2 day period. Return packages without a clearly marked RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at the shipper’s expense.


• The product is returned to within 7 days of receiving an RMA number. Absolutely no return packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return all products via USPS insured Parcel Post. These shipping methods allow for tracking and compensation if package is lost or damaged. will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages if other shipping methods are used. E-mail the package tracking number.


You will be responsible for the cost of returning any package to us.

• You enclose the original sales receipt inside the return package. (Photo Copies Accepted.)

• In the event of a refund, will issue a refund to the customer's credit card for the cost of the products within 2 business days from the receipt of the returned items. will not refund shipping and handling charges.

• All return packages will be subject to a 20% (twenty percent) restocking fee.

Failure to follow our return policy as stated above will result in us refusing the product return.


The rules for Special Orders for our products is as follows:

All special orders through our store are treated as a final sale. All special orders are required to be paid in full at the time of ordering, You will not be able to return an item that is considered a special order.

All purchases on 50% and 25% off items are final .

Defective Products:


To insure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it ships. If any product is found to be defective we will gladly replace the defective product for you, provided the conditions listed in our return policy are met.


When your shipment is received from, count all the cartons and verify the count with the number of items listed. Any discrepancies must be noted with the freight carrier. Claims for shorted merchandise, inside a carton, must be reported to within two (2) days of receipt of the merchandise. No claims are allowable after the two (2) day period. will not issue RMA numbers on any item that you ordered in error or that you do not like upon receipt.


You may be asked to provide a photo of the broken merchandise.


You have a 3 day grace period to provide the photographic evidence of damage. If no response is given to us in that period of time we will not honor your damage claim.


Returning items once a RMA number is given you have a 10 day grace period to return the items. Items after a 10 day will be refused. Returned items must be received in original condition.


USPS does not insure any packages therefore damage to items will be reviewed on a case by case basis.


Please do not order fragile items parcel post as it is not a recommended shipping method for fragile items.



In order to return, or replace any item purchased from, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, you must clearly mark the RMA number on the shipping box containing the product you wish to return. Please be aware that no return will be accepted without a clearly marked RMA number. Please be sure to read and carefully follow our return policy.
