Merckens and Peters Melting Chocolates

You can use our Merckens or Peter melting chocolate to make homemade candy as gifts or for special occasions. We recommend you melt this chocolate in a microwave safe bowl at 30% power, so you do not burn the chocolate. Be sure to remove it from the microwave and stir it occasionally. Then pour it into your chocolate molds and place in freezer to sit up.
